🎯 What You’ll Do (And Love)
📤 Claims Processing & Billing
- Submit accurate insurance claims for outpatient detox and addiction treatment
- Track, follow up, and resolve claims across multiple systems
- Post payments, reconcile accounts, and spot underpaid claims
- Appeal denials and get every dollar we’re owed
- Investigate discrepancies and take fast corrective action
- Own your part of the revenue cycle with pride
🤝 Cross-Team Collaboration
- Partner with the Utilization Review team to ensure full claim accuracy
- Analyze trends, build reports, and share insights
- Stay sharp with HIPAA and all industry compliance rules
🎓 What You Bring
Education & Experience
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3 years in medical billing, claims, or insurance processing
Technical Know-How
- Strong knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding
- Skilled in insurance verification and payment reconciliation
- Experience with QuickBooks or other billing platforms
Soft Skills
