Your Role Will Include:
- Managing a diverse panel of patients with pulmonary and sleep disorders
- Providing care through both in-person and telemedicine visits
- Performing and interpreting in-office testing and procedures
- Developing personalized, goal-oriented care plans
- Advocating for patients and coordinating care within a multidisciplinary network
- Helping to expand and strengthen local healthcare partnerships
