Role Description
Nova Psychotherapy Services is seeking a Psychotherapist for a full-time on-site role at our Gilbert, AZ location. In this position, you will provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches tailored to client needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Providing ongoing psychotherapy using modalities aligned with your training
- Maintaining timely, confidential clinical documentation
- Collaborating with a supportive team of clinicians within a boutique practice setting
- Full-time and part-time clinician positions available

Qualifications:
- Strong foundation in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related mental health fields
- Experience working with couples, families, and/or children preferred
- Knowledge of trauma-focused modalities, mindfulness-based approaches, and other evidence-based interventions
- Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a related discipline
- Arizona Independent licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist) preferred;
- Associate licensees (LMSW, LAC, LAMFT) welcome — supervision by an AZBBHE-approved supervisor available.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Commitment to ethical practice, cultural humility, and ongoing professional development
