Employment Type: Full-Time | On-SiteLocations: Tysons and Ashburn, VAAbout NOVA Plastic Surgery & DermatologyNOVA Plastic Surgery & Dermatology is a premier aesthetic and surgical center with state-of-the-art locations in Ashburn and Tysons, Virginia, and a freestanding luxury medspa in Loudoun County.Our center features a fully accredited AAAASF surgical facility and two practicing board-certified plastic surgeons performing the full spectrum of face, breast, and body aesthetic procedures.With a busy non-surgical practice generating consistent surgical leads, this position offers tremendous opportunity for a proven surgical coordinator to thrive.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced, results-driven Cosmetic Surgery Coordinator with a strong history of closing $100,000 in surgical revenue per month.This role is ideal for a high-performing professional who thrives in a fast-paced aesthetic environment, understands the elective surgery patient journey, and consistently delivers both patient satisfaction and measurable growth.You will work between our Ashburn and Tysons offices, with the potential to focus on one location as volume expands.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the entire surgical sales process inquiry, follow-up, consultation coordination, quote presentation, financial arrangements, scheduling, and post-operative follow-up.Deliver a white-glove, concierge-level patient experience while maintaining high conversion rates.Confidently present and close high-value surgical cases ($10K$50K ) with empathy and professionalism.Collaborate with our two board-certified surgeons, medical assistants, OR staff and non-surgical team to ensure a seamless patient journey and efficient handoffs.Track and report KPIs (consultations, conversions, follow-ups, and collected revenue).Maintain accurate documentation in EMR/CRM systems (Nextech, Boulevard, or similar).Educate patients about procedures, financing, and surgical timelines, ensuring informed decisions and patient trust.Required Qualifications35 years of recent experience as a Cosmetic or Plastic Surgery Coordinator in a high-volume aesthetic practice (required).Proven ability to close $100,000 in surgical revenue monthly with consult-to-surgery conversion 60%.Strong knowledge of plastic surgery procedures for face, breast, and body.Exceptional communication, sales, and emotional intelligence skills.Experience managing patient financing (CareCredit, PatientFi, Alphaeon, etc.).Highly organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented with strong follow-up habits.Professional appearance, composure, and confidence consistent with a luxury brand.Preferred ExperienceExperience supporting multiple surgeons in a multi-location or high-volume aesthetic center.Understanding of non-surgical treatments and ability to identify surgical candidates from medspa leads.Familiarity with EMR/CRM software for tracking and reporting.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive hourly base (commensurate with experience).Monthly commission on collected surgical revenue (performance-based, uncapped).Quarterly and annual bonuses for achieving conversion and revenue goals.Full benefits: health, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), and employee treatment discounts.Total earning potential: $120,000$200,000 depending on performance.Ideal CandidateYou are a polished, experienced coordinator who combines sales excellence with compassion and professionalism.You understand that success in plastic surgery requires both business performance and exceptional patient care.If you have consistently managed six-figure surgical portfolios and are ready to join a high-performing, multi-location practice with strong lead flow, we want to meet you.How to ApplyPlease submit your rsum and a short cover letter including:Years of plastic surgery coordination experience.Your average monthly surgical revenue and conversion rates.Why you believe you would excel at NOVA Plastic Surgery & Dermatology.
