Position: Front Desk / Customer Service
Location: Tenafly, NJ
Hours: Part-Time 11-4pm M-F

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Take orders in person and over the phone accurately
- Manage UberEats / DoorDash / Slice / Grubhub tablet orders
- Handle payments and operate the POS system
- Assist with packaging orders and ensuring accuracy before pickup
- Keep the front counter area clean, organized, and stocked
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen team
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
Requirements:
- Prior customer service or restaurant experience.
- Able to multitask and stay organized during busy rushes
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable, and punctual.
- Positive attitude and team mentality
