What You’ll Be Doing:
- Sell residential solar energy systems to qualified homeowners
- Assess customers' energy needs and design tailored solar solutions
- Deliver compelling, value-driven presentations on the benefits of going solar
- Maintain a 20–30% close rate from pre-set, qualified leads
- Follow up with leads to drive referrals and long-term client relationships
- Manage existing accounts with operational support from our in-house team
- Stay informed and educated on product updates, solar incentives, and financing options
- Engage in direct, face-to-face sales—building trust and rapport with homeowners
- Help families discover ways to reduce or eliminate energy bills
What You Bring to the Table:
- Proven success in outside sales—solar, roofing, or other service-based industries preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in direct sales, door-to-door or B2C roles
- Strong interpersonal skills and persuasive communication abilities
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for helping people
- Goal-oriented and resilient under pressure
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel locally for appointments
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month
