Showroom Associate

Nova Lighting (formerly Hansen Lighting/Lighting Specialists) is an industry leader in lighting sales, with a rapidly growing showroom presence. We’re looking for a dependable, people-focused Showroom Manager to lead day-to-day showroom operations, support customers and sales, and keep the space looking amazing.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and being part of a design-forward, fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom
• Answer phones and handle basic customer inquiries
• Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Support the team with showroom projects (planning, ordering, and setting up displays)
• Help keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Track purchase orders (PO's) and follow up with vendors and internal teams to ensure orders stay on schedule

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, reliable, and professional with customers
• Comfortable multitasking and staying productive without constant supervision
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar systems)
• Customer service or retail/sales experience is a plus (but not required; we can train the right person)
