What are the responsibilities and job description for the At-Home Caregiver Overnight Shifts position at Nova Leap Home Health?

We are hiring compassionate Overnight Caregivers to support clients in the comfort of their own homes. Shifts are typically 12 hours (starting between 7pm–9pm and ending between 7am–9am). Caregivers must remain awake, attentive, and focused on client safety and care needs throughout the shift.

Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with client care and safety overnight
- Personal care assistance including dressing and toileting as needed
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Helping clients maintain independence at home
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation,
- Ability to communicate in English
- Must be 18 years or older
- Compassionate, dependable, and empathetic
