Duties

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
• Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature to ensure health stability
• Provide specialized care for residents with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, implementing memory care strategies and behavior management techniques
• Support residents with assisted living needs by helping with meal preparation, light cleaning, and maintaining a safe environment
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and social workers to develop personalized care plans tailored to each resident’s needs
• Engage residents in social activities and provide companionship to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas in accordance with health standards for personal care homes or group homes
• Follow safety protocols diligently during emergencies, including first aid procedures when necessary

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
