NOVA Lagree is bringing an elevated Lagree experience to Glen Ellyn. We’re looking for confident, motivating instructors who can deliver consistent, high-quality classes and help build an exceptional studio culture.
Responsibilities
- Teach Lagree classes on a consistent weekly schedule
- Coach clients with clear cueing, form corrections, and modifications
- Create a safe, challenging, and supportive class environment
- Maintain high standards for professionalism, punctuality, and client experience
- Participate in team trainings and studio initiatives as needed
- Optional opportunities to support events and content creation
Qualifications
- Lagree certification required
- 1 year teaching experience preferred (strong newly certified instructors are welcome to apply)
- Excellent communication and leadership presence
- Reliable availability and consistency
- Team-first attitude with a positive, professional approach
Schedule
We are hiring for part-time or full-time and are especially looking for coverage in:
- Early mornings
- Evenings
- Weekends
(Schedule will be based on your availability and studio demand.)
Compensation
- $45 per class
- Potential for growth based on performance, reliability, and class demand
