Job Title: Junior Aviation Operations Business Analyst I -Data & Performance Optimization

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, and analyze operational data from multiple airport functions.
- Monitor and track operational KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics.
- Support root cause analysis efforts related to operational delays, service disruptions, and process inefficiencies.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, scorecards, and management summaries.
- Analyze trends related to aircraft turnaround times, cargo processing efficiency, and service delivery performance.
- Assist with data quality reviews and reporting accuracy validation.
- Document business processes, reporting logic, and operational workflows.
- Collaborate with airport operations, logistics, and performance management teams to support business initiatives.
- Support operational improvement projects through data-driven recommendations and analysis.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings and provide reporting support to leadership teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Aviation Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.
- 0-2 years of professional experience, including internships, co-op programs, or academic project experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, Reporting, and Data Analysis.
- Basic understanding of SQL and data querying concepts.
- Experience creating reports, presentations, and business documentation using Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to aviation, airline operations, logistics, supply chain, or transportation industries.
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other business intelligence tools.
- Familiarity with KPI reporting, operational analytics, and performance measurement.
- Experience supporting business process improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of data visualization and dashboard development concepts.
