The Senior Expeditor plays a key role in providing administrative, clerical, and receptionist support for the branch/office. As a primary point of contact for both customers and employees, exceptional customer service skills are essential.

- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of work experience, preferably in an office with a high call volume.
- Previous experience using a multi-line phone system in a fast-paced corporate office is preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred.

- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Greet clients, vendors, visitors, and employees with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Receive client documents, make copies if needed, and notify Loan Officers of document drop-offs.
- Accept payments from clients, complete receipt of fees forms, and send them to the Loan Servicing department.
- Assist multiple departments with filing and other administrative tasks.
- Handle special projects as time permits.
- Pull files and documentation from onsite and offsite retention areas as requested.
- Perform office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
- Ensure copiers, faxes, and printers are stocked and in working order; request service when necessary.
- Oversee all mail-related functions, including sorting and distributing incoming mail, logging and delivering TNT and courier packages, and handling outgoing mail via USPS, FedEx, and interoffice TNT.
- Maintain the postage meter and ensure proper postage for outgoing mail.
- Prepare and send birthday cards to NOVA® employees at branches and remote locations.
- Create and distribute birthday announcements via email to the NOVA® Corporate Branch.
- Complete Marketing Match assignments as needed.
- Ensure the kitchen is maintained, including weekly wipe-downs and monthly deep cleaning.
- Oversee incoming faxes from web fax and forward them to the appropriate recipients.
- Fax documents as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support branch operations and efficiency.
