The Disclosure Desk Analyst position performs tasks to help ensure NOVA® Home Loans remains compliant on a daily basis in areas pertaining to RESPA, MDIA, and ECOA requirements. This is a fully on-site position—remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available.

Evolving as a Disclosure Desk Analyst by having…

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• One (1) year administrative experience in an office setting.
• One (1) to three (3) years’ experience within the mortgage industry is preferred.
• Must be proficient using a computer, specifically MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook.

Exciting Opportunities to Grow by…

• Mastery of the duties of the Fulfillment Center Assistant in addition to the below.
• Review submitted files and prepared disclosures based on RESPA requirements and NOVA® policy.
• Review and re-disclose changes in circumstance as required by RESPA and NOVA® policy.
• Run reports and process files to be “adverse” on a daily basis.
• Review and deliver valuations in accordance with ECOA requirements.
• Answer phone calls and respond to e-mails effectively in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
