Position Overview
Are you passionate about working with kids and creating memorable summer experiences? We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic Summer Camp Staff to join our team! As a Camp Staff member, you will work closely with youth, leading fun and engaging activities that promote physical fitness, fun, and creativity.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise campers to ensure a safe and positive environment.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all participants.
- Communicate effectively with campers, parents, and fellow staff members.
- Support daily camp operations, including setup, cleanup, snack distribution, organization, etc.
- Be willing to learn basic information about our programs, classes, pricing, and schedules.
- Support the team in maintaining a positive, energetic atmosphere within the facility.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working with children in a camp, sports, or educational setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- A positive attitude, patience, and a love for working with kids.
- Must be available for the entire camp season, including the training sessions.
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
