Role Description
This is a commission-based Business Development Consultant role. The responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, creating business plans, and providing consulting services to help clients achieve their objectives. The consultant will actively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, maintain client relationships, and contribute to the overall growth of Nova GovCon’s client base.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong Consulting and Business Planning skills
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with diverse clients and stakeholders
- Experience working in a consulting or business advisory environment is an advantage
- Familiarity with federal and commercial contract management is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Adaptability, problem-solving, and analytical skills
