The Marketing Technology Specialist supports the management of customer data, customer support tools, marketing systems, business processes, and applications related to NOVA’s website, CRM, and other marketing technologies. The position also plays a key role in cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders across the Marketing and Business Development departments, as well as other key business partners throughout NOVA. This is a fully on-site position, based at our Corporate office in Tucson, AZ.
Evolving as a Marketing Technology Specialist by having…
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience working with CRM, CMS, and/or other marketing technology platforms required.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing and/or a technical role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
- 1–3 years of experience in the mortgage industry preferred.

- Supports the implementation of new programs, technology platforms, procedures, and regulations.
- Assists with training during the rollout of new systems and processes and helps update training methodologies to ensure continued relevance and effectiveness.
- Maintains user accounts across various marketing technology platforms.
- Provides strategic, tactical, and operational support to managers, stakeholders, and customers related to marketing technologies deployed across multiple platforms.
- Offers project guidance, campaign support, consultation, and reporting by leveraging up-to-date knowledge of marketing technology tools.
- Communicate with vendors regarding product enhancements, issue resolution, and other updates as directed by leadership.
- Supports CRM-related tasks, including but not limited to user management, email creation, and campaign deployment.
- Conducts accuracy testing, audits user data, and verifies system functionality across marketing platforms.
- Contributes to the implementation of marketing technology projects.
- Assists in the review of compliance requirements and internal policies as they pertain to marketing technology.
- Collaborates with the manager to report improper system use to the Marketing Management Team.
- Serves as the point of contact for change requests, system updates, and platform enhancements.
- Acts as a liaison between NOVA and contracted marketing technology vendors to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions.
- Collaborate with the leadership to create and maintain training manuals.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
