The Retail Marketing Associate supports Nova Farms’ mission by enhancing customer engagement, strengthening brand presence, and elevating the retail experience across Connecticut. Blending creativity with operational awareness, this role helps implement marketing initiatives that promote education, wellness, and community connection. The Associate collaborates closely with retail leadership, as well as cultivation and manufacturing teams, to effectively communicate Nova’s values, product offerings, and the unique advantages of our outdoor-grown cannabis. Additionally, this role requires supervising and supporting staff on the sales floor to ensure exceptional customer engagement and the proper execution of all in-store promotional initiatives.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
