We’re a fast-growing, patient-first practice in downtown Hartford focused on great dentistry, strong teams, and long-term partnerships—not churn-and-burn associates.

- Strong and growing patient base (PPO/FFS, consistent flow - 20 per month)
- Clinical autonomy with support (you won’t be micromanaged)

Clinical & Production Opportunity
- Expected daily production: $3,000–$5,000 (as you ramp - per diem support)
- Mix of PPO and FFS patients
- Dedicated hygiene support
- Opportunity to expand into higher-value procedures over time
- Consistent new patient flow (internal external marketing)
