You’re a dedicated, knowledgeable help desk technician tier I who is capable of ensuring the timely and professional delivery of technical support while guaranteeing a complete, thorough resolution of each service request. You’re happy to work closely with our clients and our company leadership team to work within deadlines and maintain a high level of client service at all times.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be able to handle the following responsibilities as a help desk technician tier I:
- Resolving help desk issues involving hardware, software, and networking
- Working with senior team members to analyze and resolve problems
- Completing projects, such as product demos, presentations, etc.
- Maintaining clear documentation for each support ticket
- Providing technical assistance for internal staff and external clients
- Working with vendor support as needed to escalate tickets
- Providing monitoring, notifications, status updates, and more using various tools
- Bringing a positive attitude to every client interaction
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications to help us serve our client base properly:
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills
- Communication skills – written and verbal
- Team player attitude
- Self-motivated to work alone or in a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to research solutions to problems
- Desire to improve skills as needed
- Ability to improvise when needed
