Regional Account Manager (Biotech) - Central

Nova Biomedical is looking for a Regional Account Manager (Biotech) in the Philadelphia area to sell analytical and automation instrumentation to life sciences companies. Ideal location for this person to live close to or in the Philadelphia area. This is a terrific opportunity for a capital equipment sales professional to join a market leader with the state-of-the-art cell culture analyzer.

In this role, you will manage complex sales situations including single departmental sales, multi-departmental sales and often multi-locations sales. Daily activities include tasks such as account maintenance, lead generation, live product demonstrations, instrumentation evaluations, quote generation, forecasting and the reporting of activities in Salesforce.com.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a strong science aptitude
• Minimum of 3-5 years of documented success in capital instrumentation sales in the Biologics market
• Experience selling capital equipment or consumables to process development, manufacturing and/or research and development department of Pharmaceutical companies
• Knowledge in cell culture analysis or cell culture analyzers
• Well-honed presentation and demonstration skills
• Effective time management and superior interpersonal skills
• This is a field sales position that must reside in the Philly area with overnight travel required
• Base Salary: $125,000 and up to $100,000 On Target Earnings.
