About The Role

This person is responsible for the processing of the various reference sensors, air detectors and non-sensing devices for both core and OEM analyzers. Under general supervision, this person will perform routine assembly operations. Once trained, candidate must have the ability to work independently and efficiently. Required to manufacture only the highest quality assemblies while meeting manufacturing schedules.

What You’ll Do

  • Ability to work with various epoxies, solvents, and chemicals as required during assembly.
  • High level of attention to detail throughout all aspects of the assembly process to achieve high product yields, as products are highly dependent on workmanship.
  • Ability to set up and operate a variety of production equipment, including automatic dispensing equipment, UV adhesive systems, ultrasonic welders, laser coders, soldering irons, and leak testers.
  • Ability to understand and follow assembly procedures, drawings, verbal instructions, and related documentation to assemble various products.

What We Are Looking For In You

  • Good math skills.
  • Good communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Basic understanding of GMBP
  • Highschool/Trade school degree
  • Min 2 years of Manufacturing experience building small assemblies, working with epoxies, and using small hand tools.

Physical Requirements For This Role Include

  • Requires repetitive task motions that include use of arms, wrists, hands and/or fingers
  • fine motor manipulation
  • near visual acuity
  • remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time
  • good hand-eye coordination
  • ability to wear PPE.

Work Location: on-site in our Waltham facility 5 days/week (M-F) pr (S-Th 3rd Shift)

Targeted Salary Range: $24.50 - $25.50/hour

Working Hours: XX:XX AM/PM - XX:XX AM/PM
