Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Certification or training in behavioral health, crisis intervention, or related clinical areas.
- Experience working in Alcohol/Drug and/or Mental Health Experience
- Ability to maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and clinical staff.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant Certification.
- Previous experience in a clinical or residential behavioral health setting.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Responsibilities:

- Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes, incident reports, and discharge plans.
