- Oversee and coordinate daily sales team activities /
- Coach, mentor, and support sales representatives and customer-facing staff
- Establish sales territories, quotas, and performance goals
- Monitor sales results, customer feedback, and service metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Analyze sales data and trends to support forecasting and strategic planning
- Track and report on team and individual performance
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and process improvements
- Handle escalated customer service issues and ensure timely resolution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Ensure accurate use of CRM systems and sales tracking tools
Qualifications:
