Job Summary
The College Advisor will provide support and guidance to parents and students on the Early College High School model and dual enrollment program; provide expertise on college admissions, financial aid, and other aspects of the college experience. The College Advisor will also maintain and operate a resource center to provide counseling and support, and a variety of college and vocational information and materials; communicate with students, faculty, parents, and the community regarding dual enrollment pathways and college programs.

California PPS credential or licensed MFT or LCSW Valid CA driver's license and acceptable driving record Valid First Aid/AED/CPR card Ability to provide a negative TB Risk Assessment or test results by first day of employment Ability to complete a background and DOJ fingerprint clearance Bilingual - ability to speak Spanish and English - preferred
The ideal candidate for this position will have at least two years of experience working with at-risk students; knowledge of college and vocational programs, admissions, financial aid, and dual enrollment pathways. The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree and either a PPS credential, or be a licensed MFT or LCSW. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are strongly encouraged to apply
