We are seeking a Business Development Assistant to support both our fertilizer business and food-related projects. This role involves a mix of business development, operations, and coordination work across international and domestic activities. The position is suited for someone who can handle multiple responsibilities and work in a fast-paced environment.
1. Business Development Support
- Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities in agriculture and food sectors
- Support communication with distributors, partners, and clients
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
2. Operations & Logistics
- Support import/export processes, including documentation and coordination with vendors
- Assist with order processing, shipment tracking, and inventory coordination
- Work with warehouses, co-packers, and logistics providers
3. Project Coordination (Fertilizer & Food)
- Assist in managing ongoing projects, including fertilizer product lines and food-related initiatives (e.g., matcha, co-packing)
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to track timelines and deliverables
- Help prepare reports, presentations, and updates for management
4. Administrative & Office Support
- Maintain records, documents, and internal tracking systems
- Support general office operations and communication
- Assist in preparing business documents and correspondence
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to communicate in English (Korean is a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic understanding of business operations, logistics, or trade is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience in import/export, supply chain, or operations
- Interest in agriculture, fertilizer, or food industry
- Ability to adapt and work independently in a small team environment
