- 12 15 years of overall experience, combining solution architecture with hands-on delivery.
- Strong client-facing skills, able to lead conversations, manage expectations, and handle escalations calmly.
- Hands-on technologist who can step in to design, review, and, when needed, build/debug components not just guide from the sidelines.
- Proficient in Data Solutions, preferably with practical, hands-on experience on Databricks (Lakehouse, ETL, analytics, or AI workloads).
- Support in pre-sales as needed.
