Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple data programs and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy
- Define program scope, goals, timelines, and success metrics
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Data Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, and Business stakeholders
- Drive execution of data initiatives such as data platform development, data migration, governance, and analytics solutions
- Establish and maintain program governance, reporting, and communication frameworks
- Identify risks, dependencies, and issues; develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure data quality, compliance, and governance standards are integrated into all initiatives
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships where applicable
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and ensure transparency through regular updates and reporting
- Promote best practices in Agile/Waterfall methodologies and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- 10-20 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in data or technology domains
- Proven experience managing large-scale data projects (e.g., data lakes, warehouses, BI platforms, ETL pipelines)
- Experience in Databricks projects
- Strong understanding of data architecture, analytics, and data governance concepts
- Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams
- Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Asana)
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
