About the job
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the HPMO product portfolio. This role is critical to shaping product strategy, driving profitability, and ensuring reliable supply for cutting-edge semiconductor applications. You will work across global teams and functions to maximize asset utilization and meet evolving customer needs
In your future role as Product Manager HPMO, you will
Strategic & Commercial
- Define asset and product strategy for HPMO manufacturing and transfilling operations.
- Maximize EBITDA generation for HPMO product line.
- Set price and volume tactics in collaboration with the HPMO Business Director and Regional Sales Managers.
- Establish and enforce floor pricing for the HPMO product portfolio.
- Develop programs and promotions to strengthen asset utilization and reduce complexity in product and packaging offerings.
- Partner with supply chain to ensure reliable supply, asset capacity, and appropriate inventory levels.
- Manage product allocations during periods of demand exceeding supply.
- Identify internal and external options to augment supply chain (e.g., warehousing, transfilling).
- Set capex priorities and approve capacity investment decisions with relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Quality and Technology teams to define the quality roadmap for the product line.
- Partner with R&D to develop product line extensions and minor product modifications.
- Identify new customer needs and provide input for new product development.
- Stay current with market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments.
- Actively contribute as a member of the Global Product Management team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering required.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Commercial, Technical, Supply Chain, Marketing, or Product Management.
- Semiconductor industry experience or familiarity with metal alkyls preferred.
- Written and spoken fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
- Comfortable working across global cultures and time zones.
- Strong customer focus and ability to influence across functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Business acumen, results orientation, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
This is a permanent, onsite position on a full-time basis, reporting to Business Director HPMO
and based in Battleground, La Porte, Texas
