In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for customers arriving at our dealership, providing a warm welcome and guiding them seamlessly through their service or sales visit. Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly with a positive attitude, creating a welcoming atmosphere upon arrival.
• Assist customers in checking in for service appointments or vehicle inspections efficiently.
• Direct customers to the appropriate service bays, sales representatives, or waiting areas.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a professional appearance at all times.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors, sales staff, and management to relay customer needs and feedback.
• Support the dealership’s upselling efforts by informing customers about additional services or vehicle features when appropriate.
• Handle basic administrative tasks such as logging customer arrivals and managing wait times to enhance overall service flow.

Requirements

• Previous experience in auto service management, dealership environments, or customer service roles preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse customers..
• Deliver the monthy sales message with a smille
• Monitoring and logging vehicles (Make, model, license plate number)
• Maintaining a determined number of dealer tags for shotr test drives and overnight test drives.
• Maintaining a log of all test drives (sales and technician test drives)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly around the dealership premises.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; driving experience is beneficial.
• Familiarity with automotive repair services such as oil changes, tire service, brake repair, suspension work, and alignments is a plus.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
