Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Listing Coordinator to join our vibrant real estate team! Your expertise will help agents achieve their real estate goals while maintaining high standards of professionalism through assisting them with their marketing needs including social media. Duties
- Assist with marketing efforts including facilitating requests for property brochures, ads, and social media content working closely with the in-house marketing department
- Positive attitude, able to work with many different personalities while maintaining a pleasant demeanor, possesses a can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Create listing launch timelines and keep agents informed of upcoming deadlines
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Adobe, Google Workspace, Canva and MLS systems
- Help associates post content to their social media accounts and provide guidance on how to use platforms to their advantage most effectively
- Assist with usage of company marketing/CRM app including sending out e-blasts and adding contacts
- Create listing presentation materials (hard bound books, reports, etc.) under tight deadlines
- Provide general administrative and operational support as needed
Skills
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to build rapport with agents and team members alike.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Canva for document preparation.
- Familiarity with the MLS, ZipForms, and CRM systems.
- Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple listings simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Administrative experience supporting managing real estate transactions from listing through closing processes.
