As the Director of GTM Recruiting, you will lead a quickly growing team responsible for hiring across our provider-facing field sales team ("Provider Partnerships") — including both individual contributors and sales managers. In this role, you will partner cross-functionally to ensure we meet ambitious hiring targets with consistency, speed, and quality.This role will report to our VP of Talent and partner closely with the executive team, GTM leadership, and RevOps to translate business goals into hiring plans, manage performance against targets, drive operational excellence, and design scalable systems to support Nourish's next phase of growth. This is a unique opportunity to own one of the most important investment and growth areas for a company that's shaping the future of healthcare.This role is based in New York City with an expectation to work in-person 3–4 days per week (with flexibility).
