Position Overview
As a Part-Time Smoothie Barista, you’ll prep and serve fresh smoothies, wellness drinks, and açaí bowls while creating an exceptional customer experience. You’ll work in a dynamic, tech-forward environment that blends food innovation with community health.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve smoothies, bowls, and wellness drinks using fresh, prepped ingredients
- Follow signature recipes and ensure product consistency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe prep area
- Provide friendly, informative service and educate customers on ingredients and benefits
- Upsell superfood add-ins, house-made toppings, and seasonal specials
- Assist with daily opening/closing tasks, ingredient prep, and stock rotation
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a juice bar, café, or food service environment
- Knowledge of plant-based nutrition, superfoods, or dietary restrictions is a plus
- Must be ServSafe certified (or willing to obtain)
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
- Comfort with tech-enabled environments or POS systems preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for 4–6 hours per shift
- Lift up to 30 lbs (ingredients, containers, etc.)
- Comfortable working around blenders, refrigeration, and fresh produce
