Full-time Nanny Needed in Arlington
Age: 4-Month-Old Infant
Location: Arlington, VA 22201
Start Date: January 2nd, 2026
Schedule: Monday, Thursday, Friday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM; Tuesday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (tentative)
Rate: $30–$32/hour
Job Overview:
A loving family in Arlington is seeking a warm, experienced nanny to care for their 4-month-old infant. The ideal candidate will be energetic, attentive, and skilled in supporting early developmental milestones.
Responsibilities:
- Bottle feeding baby, bottle sterilization
- Meal prep and feeding (once baby is weaned)
- Provide tummy time and interactive play to support developmental growth
- Monitor sleep and ensure a safe environment
- Manage baby laundry and bottle washing
- Assist with light tasks directly related to infant care
Qualifications:
- Prior experience caring for infants
- Energetic, patient, and highly attentive
- Reliable, professional, and trustworthy

Job requirements are:
- Clean background check
- Clean driving record & personal, reliable form of transportation
- At least 3 current professional childcare references
- Have at least 4 years of childcare experience with early childhood development experience
- Have infant/ toddler experience
- Are CPR and First Aid certified
- Are at least 21 years of age
- Must be a US citizen
- Must be fully vaccinated (tdap, flu & covid)
*Permanent Role- Must be able to commit to at least 1 year of employment*
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
