Nouis Home Care is a licensed assisted-living facility located in downtown Little Falls, MN. Our spring influx of new clients has begun. We are hiring for full-time and part-time overnight positions.
You’ll have a set, consistent schedule. Once fully trained, you’ll also have opportunities to pick up additional hours in other departments (kitchen, housekeeping, etc).
No experience necessary – paid training provided.
Excellent starting wage (higher with verifiable experience).
RELIABILITY IS NON-NEGOTIABLE
This is not a typical “please be reliable” request.
- You are responsible for the safety and care of vulnerable adults overnight
- Call-ins, no-shows, or chronic lateness directly impact client safety
- We maintain strict attendance expectations during training and beyond
If you have had attendance issues in past jobs, struggle to show up consistently, or frequently call in—this is not the right position for you.
On the flip side, if you:
- Show up on time, every shift
- Take pride in being dependable
- Want a stable, consistent schedule
You will do very well here.

Position Overview
We are seeking reliable, compassionate team members to assist with daily living and personal care services in accordance with established care plans.
Applicants must live within close proximity to Little Falls, MN.
Out-of-state applicants will not be considered.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and secure campus overnight
- Provide care within client residences
- Assist with food preparation and delivery
- Administer simple prescribed medications
- Assist with personal care activities
- Monitor vital signs and report changes
- Document care and services provided
- Provide companionship and emotional support
Qualifications
- Ability to monitor vital signs
- Basic understanding of hygiene and nutrition
- Proficient in English
- Caring, compassionate, and dependable personality
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
