Nottingham Place Assisted Living is a welcoming memory care community in Midland, MI, seeking a compassionate and dependable Med Passer / Direct Care Worker to join our team on 1st shift.

Position Details
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Hours: 32 hours per week
- Schedule: Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
- Starting Pay: $15.50 per hour
- Medication administration experience required

Preplanned Mandations
We respect your time and understand the importance of being able to plan ahead.
- Mandations are preplanned and scheduled in advance
- Mandated hours are paid at an additional $4.00 per hour
- Our goal is to provide advance notice so you can plan your schedule accordingly
Responsibilities
As a Med Passer / Direct Care Worker, you will:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Administer medications according to established procedures
- Provide compassionate, person-centered care
- Support residents living with memory-related conditions
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
- Monitor and communicate resident needs to the appropriate team members
- Build positive and respectful relationships with residents, families, and coworkers
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Medication administration experience required
- Previous assisted living or memory care experience preferred
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Must successfully pass a background check and required health screening
