The Usher Program seeks to set the industry standard for guest services. Must understand and adhere to established University of Notre Dame’s policies and procedures and have a neat and professional appearance.

• Candidate must possess a pleasant disposition and strive for excellent customer service.
• Great interpersonal skills are critical
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, be able to lift, and reach and bend.
• May be required to be outdoors during inclement weather.
• Candidate must be able to read and decipher small print on tickets and must be able to think on their feet.
