The Mendoza College of Business is looking for a Digital Services Manager to be the mastermind behind our website and digital platforms. If you thrive at the intersection of design, data, and digital strategy and love turning clicks into meaningful connections - this role is made for you.The Digital Services Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight, digital engagement, and continuous optimization of the Mendoza College of Business website and related digital platforms, such as YouTube, Vimeo, and different applications used for CMS and CRM. This role ensures a seamless user experience, strong brand alignment, and effective digital marketing integration to support enrollment, engagement, and institutional objectives.Serving as the primary liaison between the marketing team, IT, and external vendors, the Digital Services Manager partners with key stakeholders to enhance website functionality via improved page design and content management, strengthen accessibility and SEO, and implement data-driven improvements to optimize prospective student and stakeholder engagement and overall website performance. Key Responsibilities:Website Management & Optimization

  • Implement agile techniques to continually improve engagement and performance on the Mendoza College of Business website.
  • Design, create, and modify the mendoza.nd.edu site and related subsites.
  • Collaborate with the marketing & brand strategy, and IT teams to ensure the website remains user-friendly, visually compelling, and fully optimized for SEO, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness, with a focus on content-driven strategies.
  • Regularly audit content and structure from a marketing perspective to improve site performance, navigation, and user experience (UX/UI) in coordination with IT.
  • Serve as the primary web administrator, managing page updates, content additions, and system integrations as assigned by internal stakeholders and the department.
  • Work with departmental administrators to create a website governance for content and branding updates.

Digital Strategy & Performance

  • Collaborate with marketing and brand strategy teammates to ensure the website supports recruitment and program visibility goals.
  • Use Google Analytics, heat mapping, and other tracking tools to monitor site performance and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Optimize website content and landing pages to increase conversion rates, search engine rankings, and digital marketing campaigns that align with College goals, including recruitment, research elevation, and storytelling.

Technical Liaison & Vendor Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for IT, external developers, and web vendors, ensuring the smooth execution of site enhancements, particularly those related to marketing and brand content.
  • Manage third-party integrations and marketing tool integrations in coordination with IT (e.g., CRM, analytics, marketing automation, and admissions platforms).
  • Stay updated on emerging higher education digital marketing trends to maintain Mendoza’s competitive web presence.

Content & Brand Alignment

  • Work closely with content creators, designers, and program managers to ensure web content aligns with Mendoza’s brand identity and messaging.
  • Implement best practices for accessibility (WCAG), branding, and storytelling to engage prospective students and key stakeholders.
  • Support faculty and staff with web-related requests, guiding content updates and best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Digital Marketing, Digital Design, Project Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience managing websites, preferably in a higher education or marketing environment.
  • Proficiency in content management systems and familiarity with migration strategies and web technologies.
  • Experience with SEO best practices, Google Analytics, and digital performance tracking.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, accessibility (WCAG standards), and mobile-first design.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation, and third-party integrations is a plus.

Salary: up to $75,000, commensurate with experience.This position will be accepting applications until January 9th.
