Responsibilities
- Craft cocktails according to recipes and guest preferences
- Welcome guests and create a fun, engaging atmosphere
- Take food and beverage orders and provide exceptional service
- Serve bar guests, high-top tables, and assist with drink orders for servers
- Maintain inventory and stock bar supplies
- Prepare garnishes, mixers, and batch cocktails before and after shifts
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar and service areas
Requirements
- Prior years of bartending, serving, or hospitality experience
- Ability to verify IDs and comply with all alcohol service regulations
- Ability to monitor guest behavior and practice responsible alcohol service
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
