Warehouse Associate - 1st Shift - Part-Time

Our Warehouse Associates work in a team environment with the Trainer, Lead, Supervisor, and other warehouse staff to achieve our productivity, efficiency, and quality goals.

In this role you will be expected to perform a variety of warehousing tasks, be flexible and move throughout the warehouse to meet work needs that produce quality and timely results. You will help grow our company culture by maintaining positive and collaborative relationships with your co-workers and reliably work all scheduled hours.

POSITION DETAILS:

• Shift Times: Mon-Fri; 6-2:30 p.m.

• Work 3 shifts per week (Part-time, 24 hours)

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO:

You will be placed in one of our three primary positions listed below within operations and can expect to receive training and lots of feedback from both the Trainer and your Supervisor in your first 60 days. After successfully learning your primary position, you will be cross trained in other areas. As order volumes fluctuate and priorities change throughout the day you will be expected to shift and perform other related duties when asked. This will help ensure that orders are selected, packed and out the door in time.

As Receiving/Offsite you will be expected to:

• Ensure incoming inventory is accounted for and accurate, unload shipments using pallet jacks, unpackage merchandise to be stocked.

As a Selector/Stocker you will be expected to:

• Pick products for customer orders and stock newly received products on shelves by lifting and pulling totes or carts.

As a Packer/Shipper you will be expected to:

• Verify product and quantities match order invoice, pack and box all scanned items for customer orders; fill boxes with proper packing material as needed.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Excellent attendance history.

• Aptitude to think critically…you need to be able to match/sort/add items easily.

• Basic computer skills-able to easily use equipment like RF scanning devices, computers & printers.

• Capacity to perform in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills…you’ll need to work well with other warehouse team members.

• Previous warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience (not required, but helpful!)

• Ability to stand/walk for an entire shift (8 hours)

• Ability to stoop, bend, twist and grip on a regular basis.

• Must be 18 or older, have high school diploma, and authorized to work in U.S.
