About the Role
We’re hiring a Head of Growth to build our online presence (primarily TikTok) and increase online sales. You’ll be working directly with the founder in a small, fast-paced, high-autonomy team where you own growth end-to-end. This role is for an operator who can make decisions, ship consistently, and grow online sales without needing daily direction.
What You’ll Own
- End-to-end growth across TikTok (primary) and Instagram (secondary)
- Driving online sales through content strategy and hands-on execution
- Building and managing an ambassador/creator program
- Translating brand POV into repeatable content systems that generate revenue
- Light sales support (outreach, follow-ups, materials)
- Full ownership of results. Outcomes, not activity.
- Ownership of revenue targets tied to performance-based compensation
What You’ll Actually Do
- Concept, create, and ship TikTok & Instagram content weekly without being asked
- Build repeatable TikTok-led growth systems so results don’t rely on luck
- Spot trends early, test fast, kill what doesn’t work, double down on what does
- Translate brand taste into TikTok & Instagram performance and online revenue
- Make independent calls, defend them with data or judgment
- Bring ideas proactively instead of waiting for assignments
Who This Is For
- 5 years of experience growing a DTC or consumer brand, ideally early-stage
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and modern content-led growth
- Strong taste; you know what looks right and what doesn’t
- Comfortable doing unglamorous work when needed
- Can operate without a team and without ego
- Cares more about building something good than climbing a ladder

- Someone who needs heavy structure or daily direction
- A pure strategist who doesn’t execute
- A paid-ads-only marketer
- Someone chasing titles over ownership
