Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support bakery team members during assigned shifts
- Provide outstanding guest service by assisting customers with orders, questions, and recommendations
- Perform Guest Service Representative duties, including operating the POS system, handling cash/credit transactions, packaging cakes, and maintaining a welcoming bakery environment
- Perform Crafter duties, including frosting, decorating, and preparing cakes according to brand standards
- Help maintain product quality, presentation, and inventory levels
- Assist with opening/closing procedures and daily shift operations
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards throughout the bakery
- Help train and support team members while ensuring efficient workflow
