Starting Pay: $15–$16/hour
Position Summary
The Froster plays a key role in delivering the high-quality products Nothing Bundt Cakes is known for. This position is responsible for preparing frosting and decorating cakes to brand standards and within established time guidelines. This includes cakes for walk-in guests, pre-orders, and marketing displays. The Froster also ensures the bakery case is fully stocked, maintains proper inventory levels, and keeps the frosting station clean, organized, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow all Nothing Bundt Cakes policies, procedures, and brand standards
- Consistently uphold the quality and presentation of all products
- Frost cakes for same-day and next-day orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a fully stocked retail display case (Bundtlets, 8” and 10” cakes, and sample trays)
- Ensure appropriate par levels for cakes, Bundtini packs, and sample trays
- Prepare frosting as needed to maintain inventory levels
- Assist with folding boxes and packaging as needed
- Support other areas of the bakery when required
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized frosting station (including tools and equipment)
- Monitor and track frosting inventory
