Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm to create a superior experience.
- Maintain strong product knowledge to educate guests on our delicious cake options.
- Suggest additional merchandise to enhance celebrations.
- Process orders efficiently and invite guests to join our Email Club for special promotions.
- Keep the bakery clean and organized, ensuring a delightful atmosphere.
- Assist in preparing cake decorations and packaging supplies as needed.
- Help with opening and closing the bakery, including register duties.
- Contribute to building marketing email lists for potential fundraisers.
Work Availability:
