Duties

• Greet customers warmly with genuine enthusiasm, making them feel valued and appreciated from the moment they arrive
• Conduct engaging product demos to showcase features and benefits, sparking excitement and interest among shoppers
• Assist customers with retail sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring quick and accurate checkouts
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, offering recommendations, and upselling products to enhance their experience
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain an inviting store environment that encourages exploration and discovery
• Handle cash register operations including cash handling, cashiering duties, and managing cash drawers with precision
• Supervise team members during shifts when needed, supporting a collaborative atmosphere that promotes joy and productivity

Skills

• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effortlessly with diverse customers and team members
• Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve our diverse community effectively
• Proven experience in retail sales, merchandising, or grocery store environments with familiarity in POS systems and retail math
• Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership skills to motivate others and ensure smooth store operations
• Excellent phone etiquette for engaging with customers over the phone professionally and courteously
• Knowledge of retail store product details, inventory stocking procedures, and sales techniques including upselling strategies
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately, managing cash drawers, and performing retail math calculations confidently
