What You’ll Do
- Deliver outstanding service using great customer service skills and a true people person approach
- Greet every guest with enthusiasm and genuine care
- Help customers choose the perfect cakes and treats for their special occasions
- Process orders in person, online, and over the phone
- Keep the bakery clean, organized, and inviting
- Package and present cakes beautifully
- Handle guest questions and concerns with professionalism and positivity
- Work as part of a team to keep things running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- A true people person with great customer service skills

- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
