We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Guest Service to join our team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will provide exceptional service throughout . This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and has a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
MUST be available Holidays and weekends.
```Duties:```
- Greet guests upon arrival
-Take guests orders
- Maintain a clean and organized front area
- Promote and up sell additional products

```Requirements:```
- Basic math skills for handling payments and cash transactions
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Sales experience is a plus
