At Nothing Bundt Cakes, the Assistant Bakery Manager keeps the atmosphere upbeat and the sweets coming. Every day is delicious and satisfying. And as part of this successful and growing brand, there is no shortage of opportunities for promotion. But personal growth and bringing joy to people every day are just a couple of perks of working in our bakery. The assistant manager will work alongside shift leaders and/or manager to assist with ordering of products, scheduling, hiring new employees, training new hires, and overall bakery operations.
Prior management experience preferred, but willing to train a person with a great work ethic.
