Position Summary
The Joy Creator creates a warm and welcoming environment in which to serve the Nothing Bundt Cakes guests in person, by phone, and through online orders. GSRs work in close conjunction with all other bakery departments (baking, frosting, crafting, retail) to create the best experience for our guests.

Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to…)
- Abide by all NBC policies and procedures
- Uphold the NBC image and brand
- Assist other departments when necessary
- Introduce walk-in guests to the bakery and products
- Suggest creative solutions to guests with walk-in orders
- Suggest the purchase of add-on and retail items to ensure guest has a complete experience
- Assist phone-in guests with their orders
- Provide each guest with punch cards and explain program
- Operate and balance the POS with accuracy and efficiency
- Collect email addresses from guests
- Provide a receipt and explain survey invitation to each guest
- Have current and complete knowledge of prices, products and promotions
- Keep retail area clean, swept and neatly merchandised throughout the day.
- Dust all retail surfaces at least twice per week, including counter tops and POS stations.
- Assist crafting department as needed
- Ensure immediate outside entrance sidewalk is swept
Must e available to work a minimum of 2 days per week and available on weekends.
We are open all holidays except Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.37 per hour
