Duties
- Greet customers warmly and foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages interaction and engagement.
- Demonstrate product features through lively demos, highlighting benefits to enhance customer understanding and excitement.
- Assist customers with retail sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring accurate cash handling and efficient checkout processes.
- Supervise and support team members in daily operations, including stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and maintaining store organization.
- Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending complementary items to maximize sales opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone etiquette and in-person interactions with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Manage cash register operations, handle cash drawer balancing, and ensure compliance with cash handling procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous supervising experience in retail or customer service environments is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in bilingual settings are a plus, enabling effective interaction with diverse customers.
- Demonstrated ability to perform retail math accurately for sales transactions, stock counts, and inventory management.
- Experience conducting product demos and explaining features confidently to customers.
- Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and POS systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent phone etiquette combined with outstanding customer service skills to create positive shopping experiences.
- Ability to handle cash register operations efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and cash drawer management.
