The Dishwasher/Utility team member plays a key role in keeping our bakery clean, organized, and running efficiently. This position supports the kitchen team by maintaining high standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and overall workspace readiness.

Accountabilities/Duties:
- Manually washes, rinses and sanitizes all baking pans, dishes, utensils, and other tools in a thorough and timely manner and adheres to all NbC standards
- Monitors sanitization levels to ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines
- Gathers and removes garbage, sweeps, and mops floors, and cleans floor drains
- Assists in the unloading, processing, and storage of weekly supplies delivery
- Performs routine cleaning of refrigerator, cooler, and bathroom
- Maintains a consistent work attendance and punctuality record
Requirements & Work Conditions:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Role is repetitive and detail-oriented in nature
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions and adhere to operating procedures and health and safety standards
- Demonstrates attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness and compliance
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Daytime availability required, including shifts beginning at 9:00 AM; schedule based on production needs
Qualifications:
- No formal education or experience required
- Previous experience in a dishwasher, kitchen, or foodservice support role is a plus
Compensation & Work Environment
- Compensation: $12 per hour
